EX01: Buying Guide

What Expansion Pack 01 Adds

Gundam Assemble Expansion Pack 01, marked EX01, is an add-on for the Gundam Assemble tabletop miniatures game. The product listing identifies it as an expansion with additional mobile suit miniatures and gameplay components, including unit and tactical cards and game tokens. It is designed to work with the core game, so treat it as a way to broaden a collection rather than as a complete first game.

The official lineup describes expansion packs as a way to mix units and change squad strategies. It does not list the EX01 unit names or an exact miniature count in the product information available here. If you are choosing the pack for a specific mobile suit, check the current product photos and contents with the EX01 listing before ordering. Do not infer the roster from the pack number alone.

Who Should Consider EX01?

EX01 makes the most sense when you already have the pieces needed to play and want more options for building a force. A new player who has no game components should first check the starter set: the official lineup describes that box as everything needed for a 3 on 3 game. Expansion packs are presented separately as additions to the roster, so a pack alone may not give your group the maps, rules, and other components it needs.

Purchase and Assembly Checks

The retailer listing marks the miniatures as unpainted and assembly required. Plan time for building and painting if you want finished models on the table; painting is a hobby choice, while the box's exact assembly instructions should guide model preparation. Check the listing for the current price, stock, and shipping terms, since those can change.
